We are pleased to announce that our MS Excel add-in has successfully passed all the necessary tests and has been published in the official Microsoft store: https://appsource.microsoft.com. The Excel add-in allows you to quickly and automatically check entities (all your EU contractors) using the Excel spreadsheet in terms of their current status in the VIES system.
A new feature is the ability to install the add-in on Mac computers.
We remind you that with the use of the add-in you can perform all the functions available on our website, that is:
- Check the status of EU VAT number contractors in the VIES system
- Get company data that is made available in the VIES system
The method of calling individual functions is described in detail and with examples on the Documentation page.
Therefore, we encourage all users who use the latest versions of Excel to install the add-on directly from the Microsoft store website. Below is a list of supported products:
- Excel 2019 or later on Windows
- Excel 2019 or later on Mac
- Excel on Mac (Microsoft 365)
- Excel on Windows (Microsoft 365)
Excel on the Internet Users of older versions of Excel should use the version of the add-on available on our website in the Download tab and install it in accordance with the instructions described.
