Planned maintenance downtime due to the implementation of the National System of Electronic Invoices (KSeF)
Dear Customers,
To ensure the highest quality of services and full compliance with applicable legal requirements (the entry into force of the mandatory KSeF), we would like to inform you about planned maintenance work on the viesapi.eu website infrastructure.
Purpose of the maintenance: The main purpose of the maintenance downtime is to switch the billing system to the production environment of the National System of Electronic Invoices (KSeF). This change will allow for the full automation of the process of issuing structured invoices and their smooth transmission to the Ministry of Finance systems.
Work schedule: Maintenance work will be carried out during the lowest traffic hours to minimize the impact on your ongoing operations:
Date: April 1, hours: 12:00 AM – 2:00 AM
Impact on service availability: During the above maintenance window, there will be an interruption in access to:
- the API interface;
- websites and the customer portal;
The above service functionalities will be restored immediately after the configuration processes are completed.
IMPORTANT additional information: After the KseF implementation, all invoices will be automatically sent to the Ministry of Finance servers. A PDF file containing the e-invoice VISUALIZATION will be sent to the provided email address as before and will be available for download after logging in to your account on the Customer Portal.
